About Ktman

Ktman was the President/Supreme Commander of the Club Penguin Rangers. He is the orginal creator of this site and takes the role as an admin. Ktman started out his army career as the Supreme Commander of the CPR, and then ran in the election for the being the Vice President of the Club Penguin United Nations and he won. Ktman is a Club Penguin addict and he gets on as much as he can. He most likely will go on the Argent State servers and usually hangs out where ever the party is. Ktman currently is a Birgaider General, Presidentile Cheif of Staff, and Governor of the Argent State in the ACP. Keep the peace, keep safe, and party like a penguin!
